We run a basic certified level 2 food hygiene courses. The aim is to train people involved in the food business, whether that be from junior staff to senior management, to possess the skills and knowledge to prevent food poisoning.
Gaining this knowledge will be more cost effective and efficient for a business in the food industry.

This is a six hour course and there is a written test at the end.
All successful candidates will receive a nationally recognised qualification in Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering issued by the Qualsafe Awards
